Meet the woman behind the pants

Hi, I’m Olga — the woman who accidentally started naming her pants.

I’m the creator of Name Your Pants — a playful, powerful movement for women who are ready to stop wearing identities, stories, and lives that no longer fit.

This work was born from my own journey of becoming more honest, more brave, more expressed, and more willing to name what I actually wanted. Along the way, I discovered that transformation doesn’t always have to feel heavy. Sometimes the portal is laughter. Sometimes it’s a meditation. Sometimes it’s one brave sentence: “This doesn’t fit me anymore.”

Because here’s the thing — the “pants” we’re wearing are rarely just pants. They’re old identities. Old rules. Old versions of success. Old roles we outgrew years ago. And naming them is how we finally take them off.

Through manifestation, nervous system grounding, identity work, storytelling, and a little bit of magic, I help women remember their power, trust their desires, and come back to themselves — so they can create lives that feel true from the inside out.

Name Your Pants is playful, but it’s not random. It’s a portal. A place to laugh, reset, reclaim, and rise — and to give language to the next version of you: the one who’s done shrinking, done over-explaining, and ready to walk into the room as herself.

When you name what no longer fits, you open the door to what does.

Welcome to the movement. Let’s name the life that fits.
